Our policy lasts 15 days from the day you receive the item. Once 15 days have gone by since your received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (receipt, order number) for returns please email

Once your return is received, FoF will email you to notify you that we have received your item and the approval or rejection of your refund. A restocking fee may apply, which will be deducted from the refund total.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
